How do you want to approach the testing activities?

How do you want to approach the testing activities?

By such question I mean, are your considering buying all the tool available and therefore you should be able to cover the organization need or are you more thinking that the testing can first be done with a paper and a pen ( or Office tool).

In fact, the latter is recommandable. And in general don’t try to buy or automate something you don’t know. By doing so you will spare a lot of time and money and get respect from the organisation.
